Our clients’ opinions matter to us!

After service clients receive a survey to help us determine how satisfied they are with the services they received at Falmouth Human Services.  All survey responses are confidential, anonymous and provide us with invaluable information to continually improve the services we provide to Falmouth residents.

2016 Survey results show that 73.9% of our clients rate their satisfaction with our services as Excellent and 26.1% as Very Good
